If you change your mind, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have another 14 days to send it back. Items should be returned unworn and in a condition suitable for resale. You are responsible for return postage for change-of-mind returns.

once we receive your return, we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method within 3-5 working days. For full-order return, this includes the standard delivery charge you paid.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us with your order number and a photo so we can put it right. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
